- Where is my order?
Once you’ve paid, we’ll start preparing your order. Within a maximum of 24 hours, we’ll add the tracking number to your order, and you’ll receive an email with it.
You can also check the status of your order on the “Track Order” page.
- What if there is a problem with my order?
All my orders are shipped sealed. Please, to make any claim, take a photo of the unsealed package, and I will gladly resolve or resend anything for free. That’s on me.
- Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, you can see them on each product page. The more you buy, the more you save.

Can you delete my order after receiving it?
Of course! My website is hosted by an offshore company that ignores any lawsuits or requests. However, if you feel more comfortable with me deleting everything after receiving the package, I will gladly do so.
